The Village Le Querce offers its guests 25 apartments arranged on 2 terraced houses with independent entrances, one with a Querceto view and the other with a view of Monte Amiata.
The structure has 24 two-room apartments of 42 square meters. composed of a living room with a double sofa bed (where 2 adults can sleep), a full-optional kitchenette (electric oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, 4-burner stove, sink, cupboards for dishes), bathroom with shower and double bedroom (available on request also with twin beds – separate beds).
The two-room apartment can accommodate from 2 to 4 people.
The structure also has a single four-room apartment of 84 square meters. composed of large entrance hall with kitchenette, 3 double bedrooms: 2 of which are larger with the possibility of adding an extra single bed each, and 1 smaller with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower. The four-room apartment can accommodate from 6 to 8 people and is available only on request, for info contact +39 0564 632031.
All apartments have satellite TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, cable internet connection, independent heating. In the apartment there are also crockery and kitchen utensils, courtesy set and bed linen and towels. An electronic key allows access to each apartment and the opening of the entrance gate. The ground floor apartments overlook a garden, while those on the first floor have a panoramic balcony.
We accept pets – a final cleaning fee is required.
There is no daily cleaning and linen change service, cleaning is done weekly, or only on request – in both cases a small extra charge is required to be paid on the spot.
